If you are not 100% satisfied, just contact us, and return the product(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a complete refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). Retain your original packaging to ensure a safe return. Please contact us first before returning and be sure to include your name and order number. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless your canvas was defective.
Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible. Please follow the instructions below and one of our representatives will quickly ship out a replacement.
- Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
- Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.
- You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item before the return can be processed.
